Who We Are

We are a volunteer, community, non-governmental organization (NGO). We are registered with the Philippine Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) number CN200903980, with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) OCN 4RC0000462560 TIN 007-263-739-000, and with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) FO III R-000016-2009. We are a member of the DSWD Area Based Standards Network (ABSNET)

We are located in the municipality of Sta. Cruz, Zambales.

Our Mission

The mission of Sta. Cruz Emergency Response, Inc. is to protect life and promote health by providing Emergency Medical Services, and other basic health services, as required, to the community.

Our Vision

As a result of the Barangay Emergency Response Teams, residents will have trained First Responders available 24 hours a day, to provide on scene Emergency Medical treatment.

The Barangay Health Service office will be opened Monday through Saturday to serve the people of the community.

Free Medical Consultation and Mini-Medical Mission are Provided to the Residence of the 25 Barangays of Sta. Cruz

Reduce the number of deaths and serious medical complications

STA. CRUZ, ZAMBALES NEEDS AN AMBULANCE

Sta. Cruz Emergency Response Inc. needs an ambulance.
With a population of nearly 55,000 Sta. Cruz must rely on the neighboring community of Infanta, Pangasinan to provide ambulance support.
Sta. Cruz Emergency Response, Inc has started a fund to purchase and operate an ambulance within the municipality of Sta. Cruz, Zambales to serve the 55,000 residence.
We need to raise $8,000 or Php 400,000 to purchase an ambulance like this Toyota Hi Ace Ambulance available in Manila for only Php 325,000.
